Frequently
Asked Questions
It's great you have questions and we're here to help you with them!
Check out some of the answers to our frequently asked questions below...
What is your minimum age?
We are strictly an 18+ studio - even if you have parental consent.

We can begin the tattooing process with a consult at the age of 17, however a parent or guardian must be present. For large designs, we do recommend enquiring with our artists directly 6 -12 months prior to your desired tattoo appointment, as our artists are booked far in advanced.
how do I book?
Our artists manage their own books, so if you have a particular artist in mind we recommend reaching out to them directly. Check out our artist page for details on how to get in touch with them.

If you are unsure about who to book in with we are more than happy to help point you in the right direction.

For all booking enquiries we would love for you to send us an email with some reference images, the rough size of the piece (in cm) and the location on your body that you want to have tattooed.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We happily accept walk-ins for smaller designs and flash pieces!

The best way to secure a walk-in appointment is to email us with some reference images, the rough size of the piece (in cm) and the location on your body that you want to get tattooed, and we will go from there.

*We will do our best to fit you in, but this does depend on artist availability.
How much will my tattoo cost?
Our artists each have their own hourly and/or day rates, which they will happily discuss with you during the planning of your tattoo.

Our studio has a minimum of $200 for bookings and our artists require a non-refundable $100 deposit to secure your booking.
what do i do if i need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please message your artist as soon as you know these changes need to be made.

We highly value the time and efforts our artists put towards your beautiful pieces. So for any cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited to compensate your artist for the preparation of your piece that they have prioritised.
Can I use numbing products?
Please talk to your tattoo artist if you are considering using numbing products for your appointment.

There are a number of issue that can arise in the tattooing and healing process when numbing products are used, which can not only impact the tattoo quality but may also result in larger health implications.
do any of your artists tattoo over scars?
Yes, we have many skilled tattoo artists who can tattoo over scar tissue.

If you are wanting to cover scar tissue it is best to discuss this in a consult with your artist so your scars can be considered in the design of the tattoo.
do any of your artists do cover up tattoos?
Yes, we have a number of artists that can help you with cover ups!
If you are wanting to cover up a tattoo, it is best to start with a consult to create a game plan with your artist.
do any of your artists tattoo hands/fingers?
We certainly have artists that can do this!
Finger tattoos are the highest dropout / blow out area to have tattooed. They require multiple touch ups and don’t last very well over time. We always recommend doing extensive research before committing to a finger tattoo.
Do you supply aftercare products?
We do! We stock Supreme Creme tattoo aftercare at our main shop.

While this is the product we sell, we always recommend you listen to your artists recommendations on how to care for your tattoo and what products to use.
do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We sell physical gift cards at our main shop which can be redeemed with any of our artists.
